Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Peak Compounds (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you use our website, place an order, complete a medical questionnaire or contact support. Peak Compounds provides software and coordination for customer intake, independent physician review and pharmacy fulfilment. We are not a medical provider or a compounding pharmacy.
Information We Collect
- Identity and contact information: your name, date of birth, email address, customer phone number, billing address and delivery address, where provided through your account, order, questionnaire or support correspondence.
- Health information: the medical history, symptoms, current treatments and other health information you provide in the mandatory medical questionnaire with each purchase, together with information associated with the physician’s review.
- Order and payment information: products requested, order identifiers, payment method, billing and transaction details. Payment providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy notices.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, session and cookie data, and usage information needed for operation, security and performance.
- Support information: enquiries, cancellation requests, complaints, tracking details and customs notices you choose to send us.
How We Use Your Information
We use information to administer customer accounts and orders, coordinate the independent physician’s review, coordinate pharmacy fulfilment and international delivery, process and reconcile payments, send service-related emails, answer support requests, maintain website security and functionality, and meet applicable legal, regulatory or recordkeeping obligations.
A medical questionnaire is mandatory with every purchase. Complete and accurate information is needed for the physician to assess your request. The physician decides independently whether to prescribe and may decline it. If information necessary for the review or fulfilment is not provided, those services cannot be completed.
Who Receives Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared as needed for the following purposes:
- The independent physician: receives your medical questionnaire and relevant information needed to assess the request and make a prescribing decision.
- Our pharmacy partner: receives information needed for its internal compounding and dispensing process and to prepare and dispatch approved orders. We keep the pharmacy’s identity confidential to protect our business relationships; contact support with questions about the recipients of your information.
- Couriers and delivery partners: receive delivery and contact information needed to transport a shipment and handle customs or delivery enquiries.
- Payment providers: receive payment-related information relevant to the selected method, which may include an emailed card payment link, NOWPayments or direct bank transfer. Wise or PayPal can also be arranged on request. Payment links are sent manually.
- Technology and support providers: may process information needed for website hosting, account functionality, communications, security, performance and support.
- Authorities and other legally required recipients: may receive information where disclosure is required by applicable law or necessary to address a legal obligation.
The independent physician, pharmacy, couriers and payment providers have their own responsibilities for the information they process. This policy describes Peak Compounds’ coordination role; it does not certify another provider’s privacy practices.
Internal Prescriptions and Customer Requests
Any prescription resulting from the review serves the pharmacy’s internal compounding and dispensing process. Prescription copies are not supplied to customers through this service, and we cannot provide a prescription for customs clearance. This commercial service limitation does not remove any data-access rights you may have under applicable law.
International Processing
Peak Compounds is a Hong Kong-based business. Information may be processed or stored in other jurisdictions where physician review and pharmacy fulfilment take place, and in countries involved in delivery or payment processing. Those jurisdictions may have different privacy rules. Contact support if you need information about the handling of your data before proceeding.
Cookies and Website Functionality
Cookies and similar technologies support sessions, accounts, shopping-cart functionality, website operation and security. Technical and usage information may also be used for performance and usability. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may affect checkout, account access or other functionality. Third-party services may apply their own cookies and privacy notices when you use them.
Security and Your Account
We use measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse and disclosure. No internet-based system is completely secure. Keep your account credentials confidential and email support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details in support emails.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain relevant order and review records, comply with applicable obligations and resolve disputes. Information no longer needed for those purposes is deleted or anonymised. Cancellation of an order or withdrawal of consent does not automatically require deletion of records that must be retained.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the law applicable to your information, you may have rights to access or correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, or request portability. Where processing relies on your consent, you may ask to withdraw that consent; this does not undo prior lawful processing. You may also raise a complaint with the relevant privacy authority.
To make a privacy request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. Some requests are subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations and other legal limits. Withdrawal of consent to further medical review is explained in our Telehealth Consent; the Refunds and Returns Policy explains the separate commercial cancellation cutoff.
Children’s Privacy
Our ordering and review services are intended for adults aged 18 or over, consistent with our Terms and Conditions. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact support so we can investigate and handle it in accordance with applicable obligations.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this notice when our practices or applicable requirements change. The current version and its update date will be posted here. This notice does not replace any consent that applicable law requires us to obtain separately.
